- Personal connection/ networking important (guanxi/ wasta)
- Team targets acceptable
High individualism:
- Employee is expected to represent his/ her interests
- Promotion based on performance
- Company policy promotes individual employee initiatives
- Individual/ competitive targets
- High fluctuation
